What is an associate photographer?

An associate photographer is a photographer that works with us and has been vetted to be a professional part of our team!
They would be available to shoot weddings that myself and Dan are already booked for.
They are just as passionate as providing a great wedding day experience as we are and would be a great addition to your wedding!
You would receive the same Carlson Wedding Experience as if you booked us personally but at a discounted price. You would also receive 10% off of any collection.

Meet the Team

Every part of the carlson wedding experience would be the same. I would still be corresponding with you on the back end, editing the photos to provide the same light and airy look that you love. it would just be the team capturing the day itself.

how do we go about booking an associate photographer?

You would just need to complete the inquiry form below. From there I will work with our associate team to see who would be available and the best fit for your wedding day!

Pricing and deets

Pricing is the same as the collections but with a 10% discount


Just like when you book with me, your package will include:

  • Consultation Meeting - We love to get to know our Carlson couples and what your expectations and dreams are about your wedding day. 
  • Engagement session (included in all but the 4 hour collection) will be shot by Catrina and/or your Lead Photographer for the day. 
  • Meeting a few weeks before your wedding day to go over your timeline and any questions you may have. I will also send you a timeline sheet to complete. You can do this ahead of time or we can complete together during our meeting. I will often try to get the lead photographer for the day to attend the meeting as well so you can get to know them a little before the day as well. 
  • The day of the wedding your Lead photographer and 2nd photographer will come at the determined times and capture your wedding day. 
  • After the wedding day, they will back up the photos and then send me them. I will load them and do your sneak peeks within a week of your wedding. 
  • Once the photos are completed, I will send you the gallery of the edited images and begin walking you through the album process.
