Saturday's wedding was full of fun and emotion!

Barb and Steve met about six months after she had breast cancer. She figured that since she beat breast nothing (not even online dating) could scare her (Go Barb!). They met online on Match.com. The met Steve about three weeks after she signed up, and Steve was her first (and only) online and her only since breast cancer. Steve was on Match for about six months. He was so frustrated by his bad luck and the bad dates that deleted his Match profile before Barb signed up. But his friend (Tim, one of his groomsman) made him get back on Match shortly after she signed up. Steve responded to a Star Wars quote in her profile in his first message. They messaged for about a week and a half about movies, tv shows, sports, music, and our jobs. Then, Steve asked her out to dinner.

They both shared such a love of sports that they incorporated a lot of sports into their wedding! A Stanley cup for their cards, a fun sporty cake topper and sporty good luck charms! I love how they personalized their day!
